Can I set up a payment plan to pay my past due balance?

If your account becomes delinquent you may be eligible for a one-time payment arrangement to allow you to pay off your balance over a few installments.   If you are eligible, Georgia State will not refer your account to an external collection agency while your payment arrangement is in good standing.  You will not be allowed to register for a future term or  receive a transcript or diploma until your delinquent balance is paid in full.

To be considered for a delinquent balance payment plan, you must complete an application and submit it to the Office of Student Accounts. Download an application here: http://sfs.gsu.edu/files/2016/09/Delinquent-Balance-Payment-Plan-Application.pdf

You must pay a minimum of 50% of your past due balance to be eligible for a payment plan.
