I am unable to enroll in the Graduate Assistant Payroll Deduction Plan, how can I get this resolved?

In order to have access to enroll in the graduate assistant payroll deduction plan you must have been awarded a full time graduate assistant tuition waiver and be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours.  Your full time graduate assistant tuition waiver is posted in the student information system by the department that hired you. Once your full time graduate assistant tuition waiver has been awarded, it takes a few hours for your account to be authorized to enroll in the plan as long as you are enrolled for at least 9 credit hours.  You can check the "Waivers" section in the "My Bill" area of the PAWS dashboard to see if your hiring department has awarded your full time graduate assistant tuition waiver.
