Why do I see multiple tuition and/or fee charges on my account in PantherPay? Have I been over charged?

When you add or drop a class the tuition and fee charges or credits are posted to your account based on the number of credit hours you will earn for the course.  For example, if you drop a three credit hour course during the add/drop period you will see a credit for the amount of tuition and mandatory fees for three credit hours.  The same is true if you add multiple classes during the registration period:  add a three credit hour class and you will see the tuition and mandatory fees added for the three credits.  If you add up all the tuition and/or mandatory fee charges on your account you will see that you are being charged the appropriate amount based on the total number of credits you are enrolled in.  You can check what you have been charged against the rate tables we have published online here:  http://sfs.gsu.edu/tuition-fees/what-it-costs/tuition-and-fees/.
